Live A Car เราสั่งอะไหล่ของแท้สำหรับรถทุกรุ่นไม่ว่าจะเป็นรถจากฝั่งญี่ปุ่นหรือฝั่งยุโรป ทั้งจากในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 2 กรณี
1. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้านำรถเข้ามาซ่อมกับบริษัท เราจะเป็นผู้จัดหาอะไหล่ให้ซึ่งลูกค้าสามารถ แจ้งได้ว่าอยากได้อะไหล่แบบไหนตามที่ต้องการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอะไหล่แท้หรือ OEM อะไหล่มือ 1 หรือมือ 2 เนื่องจากมีลูกค้าบางท่านที่รถอาจจะเป็นปีเก่ามากไม่สามารถหาอะไหล่แท้ได้จำเป็น จะต้องหาอะไหล่เทียบ หรืออะไหล่มือ 2 บางกรณีลูกค้าบางท่านไม่อยากมีค่าใช้จ่ายที่สูง สำหรับรถปีที่เก่ามากก็สามารถแจ้งที่จะไม่เอาอะไหล่แท้ได้ หรือ ลูกค้าสามารถที่จะแจ้งที่ จะหาอะไหล่มาเองโดยที่ทางเราจะมีเพียงค่าบริการในการทำรถคันนั้นๆ
2. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้นำรถเข้ามาซ่อมกับเราลูกค้า สามารถสั่งซื้ออะไหล่กับทางบริษัทได้ โดยทางบริษัทจะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายตามราคาที่เป็นจริงบวก 15% สำหรับค่าบริการ

I dare to say ‘Live A car is a true specialist in all about cars’. As a foreigner, Bangkok a city of hustle and bustle. So waiting time as others review is just normal for me-understandable compared other shops I previously had visited. Other shops are the same from the experiences. But I recommend its service quality and knowledge about the cars. They answered all the persistent questioned kindly and even asked me about further questions. Staffs have a wide range of knowledge in cars that I was surprised at. I will definitely revisit here.
